The location was best possible, just off shops, shops, restaurants, cafes, and the town centre. Also, it took only 5 minutes to reach The Beacon Shopping Mall on foot. The breakfast was marvellous with canned mushrooms instead of proper cooked mushrooms, and the staff were competent.

It was in the central location on the seafront. Explored a seaside pleasure pier, that is located at a short distance from the hotel. Truly enjoyed the exceptionally clean room with character.

Fairly clean place & great stuff especially the receptionist. Lovely building and rooms with comfortable beds. Central location, nice base for discovering Eastbourne. Positioned in the lovely area, just off both the beach, and the pier and bandstand.
